我院1990-1995年共收治外伤致膀胱损伤5例，经手术探查，现将诊治体会报告如下。1临床资料本组5例病人中，男3例，女2例。车祸伤3例，坠落伤2例，均存在多系统损伤、骨盆骨折及腹膜刺激征，2例会并其他损伤。5例中2例经膀胱造影及床头摄片诊断膀胱裂。经剖腹探查进一步证实此诊
Our hospital from 1990 to 1995 were treated 5 cases of bladder injury caused by trauma, by surgical exploration, diagnosis and treatment now report as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 5 patients, 3 males and 2 females. There were 3 cases of traffic accident and 2 cases of crashes. There were multiple system injuries, pelvic fractures and peritoneal irritation, and 2 cases were associated with other injuries. Two cases were diagnosed cystocele by cystography and bedside radiography in 5 cases. After laparotomy to further confirm the diagnosis
