采用塔式反应柱代替釜式反应器,使反应与精馏同在一个设备中进行,以实现乙二酸二乙酯的连续化生产.探索了操作回流比、釜温、进料位置对反应精馏的影响.柱底产品的质量分数可达6%,时空收率(PTY)为间歇反应的14~16倍.
A column reactor was used instead of the kettle reactor to allow the reaction and distillation to be carried out in one apparatus to achieve continuous production of diethyl oxalate. The effects of operation reflux ratio, pot temperature and feed position on reactive distillation were explored. Column bottom product mass fraction of up to 6%, space-time yield (PTY) intermittent response of 14 to 16 times.
