由于受种种因素的影响,当前在非历史专业大学生中开展历史教育面临着诸多挑战,如大学生学习观上的功利主义取向、学习过程中的文化娱乐消费主义思想倾向、历史文化知识的繁杂,等等。对大学生加强学习观教育,主动更新教育和教学理念,丰富教学内容,改革教育教学手段,完善考核方式,则是应对挑战和走出困境的有效途径。
