跳跃动作是花样滑冰自由滑动作技术的核心。运用国际先进的艾利尔运动技术分析软件及生物力学三维录像DLT分析方法,对世界上高水平运动员的后外点冰跳跃动作进行运动学分析,得出运动员起跳后在垂直方向腾空高度、水平方向的速度和空停时间、环节角度等参数并进行了科学的分析,为教练员和运动员攻克难度动作提供了理论基础。分析得知在缓冲阶段我国男运动员要适当提高最低点重心的高度,努力提高蹬冰阶段水平动能向垂直方向上的转化率;女运动员应增加助滑的水平速度。
Jumping is the core of freestyle skating.
