许多新官一上任,就指挥不动员工,交代下去的工作,下属们阳奉阴违,或是敷衍了事,新官说话还不如下属群中某位资历较深的老员工说话好使。
Many new officials, as soon as they took office, commanded fixed employees and confessed their work. Subordinates were flirting with humiliating or perfunctory actions. The new official said he was not as good as a senior employee in a subordinate group.
