目的:探讨品管圈在降低住院药房差错件数中的应用效果。方法:研究开展的时间段为2015年3~8月,按照品管圈理论,共十个大步骤来开展研究,研究开展的阶段为准备计划,开始实施,对问题进行确认,最后对存在的问题进行处置。找出引起住院药房工作差错,主要包括品项及数量上的差错的真正原因,同时对原因进行分析探讨,规划解决方案,最后将方案进行实施,对最终问题解决的效果进行评价。结果:在经过品管圈管理后,药房药品调配差错降低到了8.2件/月,目标达标率为103.63%,进步率为83.92%。结论:使用品管圈管理,能够有效降低住院药房差错件数,效果显著。
Objective: To explore the effect of quality control circle on reducing the number of errors in hospital pharmacy. Methods: The study period was from March to August in 2015. According to the quality control circle theory, a total of ten major steps were taken to conduct the research. The stages of research and development were to prepare the plan, start the implementation, confirm the problem, and finally to the existing The problem is solved.
