[目的]选育适宜江苏省淮河地区种植的高产、优质、双低油菜新品种。[方法]以油菜常规品系“93-1105”为母本、镇油2 号为父本杂交获得杂交 F1代,以该杂交组合 F1为母本、华杂4 号为父本进行复交,对复交后代进行多年系谱选择和品质筛选。[结果]盐油2 号( 省中间试验名称为盐6055) 在江苏省区域试验中平均产量3 022.0 kg/hm2,分别比对照史力佳和红油3 号增产14.1%和7.3%,均达极显著水平; 该品种全生育期240 d 左右,株高161.0 cm,一次分枝9.1 个,二次分枝7.0 个,单株有效角果425 个,每角21.5 粒,千粒重4.0 g; 芥酸含量0.27%,硫甙含量22. 6 μmol / g,含油率 42. 2% ; 菌核病发病率 8. 8% ,病指 4. 4,冻害率 41. 4% ,冻指 19. 3,抗倒性中上。[结论]盐油 2 号( 盐 6055) 适合江苏省淮河以南油菜产区及生态相似区域种植。
