在城建工程项目建设中,地下室桩基础施工是重要的施工项目之一,其施工质量和建筑物整体质量密切相关,但由于受到因素影响,极易出现各类质量问题,必须准确把握施工关键技术。因此,笔者结合工程实例,客观阐述了桩基础施工准备工作,详细探讨了城建工程地下室桩基础施工关键技术。
In the construction of urban construction projects, the basement pile foundation construction is one of the important construction projects, the construction quality and the overall quality of the building are closely related, but due to factors, prone to all kinds of quality problems, we must accurately grasp the construction of key technologies . Therefore, combining with engineering examples, the author objectively expounds the preparation work of pile foundation construction, and discusses in detail the key technologies of pile foundation construction in basement of urban construction.
