目的 探讨息敏胶囊抗Ⅰ型超敏反应的免疫学机制。方法 将Wistar大鼠随机分为 5组 :正常对照组 ,Ⅰ型超敏反应模型组 ,小剂量息敏胶囊组 ,大剂量息敏胶囊组 ,阳性药物对照组。以OVA腹腔注射免疫大鼠 ,采取各组动物抗血清 ,分别注入正常大鼠皮内 ,4 8h后以 5 %OVA 伊文氏蓝尾静脉注射 ,观察各组抗血清对正常大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应 (PCA)。结果 皮内注射小剂量息敏胶囊组、大剂量息敏胶囊组大鼠抗血清的动物注射部位皮片浸液吸光度明显低于皮内注射模型组大鼠抗血清的动物皮片浸液 (分别为P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1)。结论 息敏胶囊能明显减少OVA致敏大鼠IgE抗体的产生 ,从而抑制Ⅰ型超敏反应。
Objective To investigate the immunological mechanism of Ximin capsule against type Ⅰ hypersensitivity. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, type Ⅰ hypersensitivity model group, small dose of sensitive capsules group, large dose of sensitive capsules group, positive drug control group. Immunized rats were intraperitoneally injected with OVA. The antisera of each group were taken and injected into the normal rat skin respectively. After 48 h, the rats were injected with 5% OVA Evangelion blue tail vein to observe the antiserum of each group to the normal rat passive skin anaphylaxis (PCA). Results The intradermal instillation of small dose of Jiemin capsule group and the high dose of Jiemin capsule group were significantly lower than that of the animal skin immersion in the intradermal injection model group P <0. 01, P <0. 01). Conclusion Ximin capsule can significantly reduce the OVA sensitized rat IgE antibody production, thereby inhibiting type Ⅰ hypersensitivity.
