新课改视域下提高班主任班级管理质量新探

近年来,新课程改革的深入实施,我国教育由传统的应试教育逐渐向现代素质教育开始转变和发展。同时,新的课程改革对班主任的班级管理工作也提出了新的要求和挑战。本文以新课改理念为核心,结合当前班主任工作实际,就如何提高班主任管理工作质量,提出自己的一瞥之见,以希冀能够促进新时期班主任管理工作的发展。

In recent years, with the deepening implementation of the new curriculum reform, education in our country has gradually shifted from traditional examination-oriented education to modern quality-oriented education. At the same time, the new curriculum reform also put forward new requirements and challenges to the class manager’s class management. In this paper, the new curriculum reform as the core concept, combined with the actual work of the class teacher, on how to improve the quality of class teacher management work, put forward their own glimpse of hope in the hope that the class teacher can promote the development of management.
