目的 从菘蓝的同源四倍体植物诱导出毛状根并探讨用毛状根培养来大规模生产有用的药用植物次生代谢物的可能性。方法 利用发根农杆菌A4菌株对四倍体菘蓝进行感染 ,采用高效毛细管电泳法同时测定诱导出的毛状根中具有抗内毒素作用的五种有机酸 [邻氨基苯甲酸、水杨酸、丁香酸、苯甲酸、3 (2 苯甲酸 ) 4(3H) 喹唑酮 ]的含量。结果 A4菌株从四倍体菘蓝诱导出毛状根 ,且毛状根含有原植物中具有抗内毒素作用的五种有机酸。结论 发根农杆菌能诱导四倍体植物产生毛状根 ,我们有可能利用毛状根培养来生产有价值的植物次生代谢物
Objective To induce hairy roots from the indigo-autotetraploid plants and to explore the possibility of using hairy root cultures for large-scale production of useful secondary metabolites of medicinal plants. Methods The tetraploid indigo was infected by Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain A4, and the five organic acids with anti-endotoxin action induced by hairy roots were simultaneously determined by high performance capillary electrophoresis [anthranilic acid, salicylic acid , syringic acid, benzoic acid, 3 (2 benzoic acid) 4 (3H) quinazolinone] content. Results The A4 strain induced hairy roots from the tetraploid indigo, and the hairy roots contained five organic acids with anti-endotoxin activity in the original plant. Conclusion Agrobacterium rhizogenes can induce hairy root formation in tetraploid plants. We may use hairy root culture to produce valuable plant secondary metabolites.
