为解决天然样品中元素的赋存状态及样品粒度对粉末法光谱分析的影响,本文根据苏联文献中的不完整资料,解决了设计上、材料选择上和工作条件选择上等一系列技术问题,重新设计制造了“电弧蒸发回收”装置。该装置采用电弧蒸发和静电集尘回收原理,使各种复杂的天然物质转变为简单的氧化物,回收物的粒径可达0.1μm以下。该装置不仅适用于中高含量范围,也适用于痕量元素样品的预处理。经该装置预处理的样品与撒样法和ICP粉末法相结合均取得了较好的分析效果。
In order to solve the influence of the presence of elements in the natural sample and the influence of sample particle size on the spectroscopic analysis of the powder method, this paper solves a series of technical problems in design, material selection and working condition selection based on the incomplete data in the Soviet literature, Redesigned and manufactured “arc evaporation recovery” device. The device uses arc evaporation and electrostatic dust recovery principle, so that a variety of complex natural substances into simple oxides, the recovery of particle size up to 0.1μm. The device is not only suitable for medium and high content range, but also for the pretreatment of trace element samples. The sample pretreated by the device has good analytical results in combination with the sprinkling method and the ICP powder method.
