将颗粒粒径0.8~3mm的ZrO2增韧Al2O3陶瓷颗粒(ZTA)与自制粘结剂混合均匀后填充至消失模蜂窝状空隙中,采用真空负压一体浇注高铬铸铁金属液铸渗陶瓷颗粒,浇注温度1380~1450℃,制备了陶瓷金属复合耐磨材料。结果表明:ZTA颗粒由粒度0.8~1.2mm、1.8~2.2mm和2.6~3.0mm的颗粒按照1:3:1的体积比例均匀混合构成;ZTA与高铬金属基体界面结合紧密,无缩松、裂纹等缺陷,未因高温金属液体的冲刷发生溃散和漂移;陶瓷金属复合层厚度可达35mm;陶瓷金属复合耐磨材料的耐磨性是高铬铸铁材料耐磨性的2~6倍。
The ZrO2 toughened Al2O3 ceramic particles (ZTA) with the particle size of 0.8-3mm are uniformly mixed with the self-made binder and then filled into the void-type honeycomb-shaped voids. The ceramic particles are cast and infiltrated with a high-chromium cast- Pouring temperature 1380 ~ 1450 ℃, prepared ceramic metal composite wear-resistant materials. The results show that ZTA particles are uniformly mixed by particles with size of 0.8-1.2mm, 1.8-2.2mm and 2.6-3.0mm according to the volume ratio of 1: 3: 1. The interface between ZTA and high-chromium metal matrix is compact and has no shrinkage, Cracks and other defects, did not collapse and drift due to the high temperature molten metal liquid; ceramic metal composite layer thickness of up to 35mm; ceramic wear-resistant metal composite wear resistance of high chromium cast iron materials 2 to 6 times the wear resistance.
