20世纪后半叶人类正向两极发展,一极是人类文明急速发展,另一极是社会丑恶步步升级,未成年人犯罪愈演愈烈。未成年人犯罪的严重态势其根本原因就在于以成年人为主体的人类精神世界滞后于物质世界的发展。成人精神世界存在的混乱失范促成了未成年人犯罪意识的形成,在人类即将步入21世纪之际,控制未成年人犯罪发展的首要之举就是发展人类的精神世界。
In the second half of the 20th century, human beings developed in a positive polarization. One extreme is the rapid development of human civilization. The other extreme is the escalation of social ugliness and the intensification of juvenile delinquency. The fundamental reason for the serious situation of juvenile delinquency lies in the fact that the human spiritual world dominated by adults lags behind the development of the material world. The existence of chaos in the adult spiritual world has contributed to the formation of minors’ criminal awareness. As human beings are about to enter the 21st century, the first act of controlling the development of juvenile delinquency is to develop the spiritual world of human beings.
