三菱FV313型自卸汽车是日本制造,载重量15吨。其后桥壳(如图1)的特点是半轴套管与桥壳固结为一体。这种结构给维修带来了一定的困难。国产车型的半轴套管是采用过渡配合压装在桥壳内的,半轴套管变形或损坏,只需更换新半轴套管即可。 我单位的FV313自卸汽车后桥壳上半轴套管部位发生损坏。其中一根是后桥左侧轴承轴颈外侧弯曲变形,另一根是右侧轴承轴颈外侧处断裂。如购置新后桥壳更换,耗资需1.4万元。为节约资金,我们进行了修复,方法是采用车削剥离原半轴套管,加工新的半轴套管重新焊复。由于桥壳的几何尺寸加工、定位靠两端半轴套管的轴承轴颈工作面,而修理一端半轴套管需要脱离桥壳,这就需要寻找一个新的定位支承面。 为了解决这个问题,我们研制了一种胎具(图2)。将胎具用螺栓固定在安装轮毂的凸缘上,这就将断裂一端的定位面由轴承轴颈工作面转移到了胎具上,使加工焊接修复成为可能。
Mitsubishi FV313 dump truck is made in Japan, carrying capacity of 15 tons. Subsequent axle housing (Figure 1) is characterized by the axle sleeve and axle housing consolidation as a whole. This structure has brought some difficulties for maintenance. The semi-axle bushing made in China adopts the transition fit and press-fit in the axle housing. The half-axle bushing is deformed or damaged, just replace the new axle bushing. My unit’s FV313 dump truck axle housing half shaft casing damage occurred. One of them is the left axle bearing axle bending deformation on the rear axle, the other one is the outer bearing journal fracture at the right side. Such as the purchase of new rear axle shell replacement, cost 14,000 yuan. To save money, we performed a repair by peeling the original half-shaft sleeve with a turning tool and machining the new half-shaft sleeve with a new one. Due to the geometry of the axle housing, the bearing journal faces the shaft halves of the half-shaft bushing and the one-sided half-shaft bushing needs to be disengaged from the axle housing. This requires finding a new locating bearing surface. In order to solve this problem, we developed a kind of tire (Figure 2). The tire is bolted to the mounting flange of the hub, which will be the location of the fracture of the bearing surface by the bearing surface transfer to the tire, the welding process to make it possible.
