人民银行“金融统计数据监测管理信息系统”生成的“全金融机构本外币信贷收支月报表”中“各项贷款”指标是各级各部门了解掌握辖区金融运行动态的重要指标,笔者就该指标数据存在因各商业银行账务处理方式不同、新型农村金融机构的设立、异地贷款、商业银行表内外业务创新等未能有效纳入基层不同级层汇总问题进行调查,并提出针对性建议。
