学生的发展是不完备的、非同步的,无论是在个体间个体内,生理上还是心理上都存在着不同程度的差异,我们只有承认并尊重这种差异,才能在教学中照顾差异,才能真正体现面向全体学生,开发每个学生的潜能和优势。为此,语文教学中在制定教学目标、作业训练、测验评价等方面采用差异教学的策略,可以促进每个学生在原有基础上得到充分发展。
