讨论了电力系统物理稳定性对竞争充分性的制约 ,竞争充分性对电力市场经济稳定性的影响 ,及电力市场的运营对可用发电容量和可用输电容量的影响。介绍了一般商品市场经济稳定性和电力市场稳定性的研究概况 ,指出由于现有方法的局限性 ,不能用来分析电力市场大扰动下的长期稳定性。最后提出了研究这一问题的新思路
The constraints on the adequacy of competition in the physical stability of the power system, the impact of the adequacy of competition on the economic stability of the electricity market, and the impact of the operation of the electricity market on the available generation capacity and available transmission capacity are discussed.
