在我厂承修若干艘海轮的过程中,经对勘验结果,往往会发现一般车叶之表面剥蚀情况甚为利害,特别是在叶尖之近导边部分更为激剧,有原来厚度约十多公厘之叶厚部分,被剥蚀至仅剩下1~2公厘,也有某些部分被腐蚀光,而失去了车业之原设计外形,就是在一般剥蚀不太利害之处,也形成了很多大小不同之凹穴;在船舶修理过程中,处理方法有二种,一种是干脆调换新车叶;另一种是从节约观点出发,利用割换剥蚀激剧部分以及凹穴堆焊的方法将车叶修复后继续使用,本文主要为通过某海轮车叶之修复实例,对其修复时所采用之工艺方法,作概括之介绍。该车叶之原始设计尺度为;车叶直径(D)3.60公尺;螺距(P)4.25公尺;螺距比(P/D)1.18;叶厚分数0.0445;叶片数目4;材料铸钢;车叶重量约2900
