宁德地区行政公署,各市、县(区)人民政府,省政府各部门,各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校:根据教育部《关于同意授权福建省人民政府自行审批设立高等职业学校的批复》(教发[2000]146号),教育部已同意省人民政府自行审批设立高等职业学校。现将申报和审批设立高等职业学校的有关事项通知如下:一、由省人民政府审批设立的高等职业学校是指在本省范围内实施职业技术教育的专科层次的高等学校,包括:独立设置的高等职业学校、社会力量举办的高等职业学校以及省属本科高等学校以二级学院形式
Ningde Regional Administration, municipalities and counties (districts) People’s Government, provincial government departments, all directly affiliated institutions, major enterprises, colleges and universities: According to the Ministry of Education “on the consent of Fujian Provincial People’s Government authorized the establishment of higher vocational schools Approved ”(Jiao Fa [2000] 146), the Ministry of Education has agreed to the provincial people’s government voluntarily approving the establishment of higher vocational schools. We hereby notify you of the relevant matters concerning the declaration and examination and approval of the establishment of higher vocational schools as follows: 1. Higher vocational schools approved and set up by the provincial people’s government refer to higher education institutions that have undergone vocational and technical education within their province, including: Vocational schools, social forces organized by the higher vocational schools and provincial colleges and universities in the form of secondary schools
