跑步,曾是军校入伍生教育的基础课;在抗日战争中,我经过长途步行军和追击敌人的磨炼;离休后,我又坚持长跑十年,这对锻炼身体、强化体魄,大有裨益。我曾参加县5000米老年长跑赛,市8000米、省两次万米,均获团体冠军。三次参加华东5000米老年健康赛,也是好成绩。我体会,坚持长跑,不仅增添老年生活的乐趣,同时还可治疗和预防疾病。长跑,增加体温,可预防和治疗感冒;长跑,能使肠胃蠕动,易通大便;长跑,目视前方,可保持视力;长跑,可使四肢灵活,腰部柔软,肺活量
