《经济法》课程如何教学?本文从教学内容要有新意能吸引学生兴趣出发,试着从高职生的成长心理、学习心理、创业心理、求职心理、专业需求心理、生活实用心理、日常消费心理七个心理需求出发进行论述;同时从改革教师教学方法如何让学生产生悟性,从精心选择案例、课堂讨论、专题报告、模拟法庭及改革考核体系等方面改进《经济法》传授技巧进行探索。两者结合最终使学生提高学习的效率和效果、深刻领悟经济法律知识。
How to teach in the course of Economic Law? This article tries to find out from the teaching content that new ideas can attract students’ interests, try to find out from the growth psychology, learning psychology, entrepreneurial psychology, job seeking psychology, professional psychology, practical psychology, daily consumption At the same time, this paper explores how to improve the imparting skills of “Economic Law” from the aspects of reforming the teaching methods of teachers, such as how to make students produce savviness, carefully selecting cases, class discussions, special reports, moot court and reform assessment system. The combination of the two eventually allows students to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning, a profound understanding of economic and legal knowledge.
