牢记目标任务,理清发展思路韩修国(中共白银市委书记):《决定》在深刻分析国际、国内形势,党的状况和党肩负的重大使命的基础上,鲜明地提出了在新的历史条件下搞好党的建设的伟大目标。这就是把我们党建设成为用建设有中国特色社会主义理论武装起来、全心全意为人民服务、思想上政治上组织上完全巩固、能够经受住各种风险,始终走在时代前列的马克思主义政党。《决定》提出的这一伟大目标,既充分体现了我们党的本质和基本特征,又充分体现了时代精神;既包含了对我们党的性质和优良传统的坚持和继承,又包含了适应新形势新任务的发展和创新。应当看到,我国的改革开放和社会主义现代化建设,正面临着难得的发展机遇,也面临着严峻的挑战。我们党作为执政党,肩负着历史的重任,经受着时代的考验,必须加强自身建设,不断提高领导水平和执政水平,

It not only embodies and upholds the nature and fine tradition of our party, but also embodies the principle of adapting to new Development and Innovation of the Situation and New Tasks It should be noted that China’s reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization drive are facing rare opportunities for development as well as severe challenges. As a ruling party, our party shoulders the heavy responsibility of history. With the test of the times, our party must strengthen its own building and constantly improve its leadership and governance.
