目的:探讨悬浮液进样火焰原子吸收法测定茶叶中微量元素的分析方法。方法:用悬浮液技术处理茶叶样品,即将样品放入琼脂溶液介质中,制成悬浮液溶液,直接进样测定。结果:本方法与国标结果一致。回收率在95%~104%之间,相对标准差在:1.02%~2.55%之间。结论:该方法简化了分析过程,提高了测试速度,减少了被测元素的损失和污染。
Objective: To investigate the method of determination of trace elements in tea by suspension sampling flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The tea leaves were treated with suspension technology. The samples were placed in the agar solution medium and made into suspension solution for direct injection. Results: This method is consistent with the national standard. The recoveries ranged from 95% to 104% with relative standard deviations between 1.02% and 2.55%. Conclusion: This method simplifies the analysis process, improves the test speed and reduces the loss and pollution of the tested elements.
