顽固性溃疡创面及慢性窦道,在临床治疗上比较困难,疗效不理想。我们采用白糖加氯霉素针剂外用治疗顽固性溃疡创面和慢性窦道60例,疗效满意,报告如下。临床资料60例病例中,男性24例,女性36例,年龄5～60岁,病程2～6个月,采用各种方法换药及理疗效果均不理想。经用白糖加氯霉素注射液换药4～15次,疗效显著,有效率100%。治疗方法顽固性溃疡创面进行无菌处理后,把0.5%氯霉素注射液撒于无菌纱布上,敷于患处,再敷上一层白糖,用无菌敷料包扎,隔日换药。
