阴囊部位特殊,组织结构疏松,紧邻腹股沟区,好发细菌感染且易造成局部感染迅速扩散,后果严重,而糖尿病患者的阴囊感染脓肿临床处置更是棘手,传统的治疗方法只能是局部切开引流,常规外科换药,缺少有效的治疗方法,治疗过程更缺乏整体护理措施保障,患者往往表现羞涩,情绪低落,治疗时间长,治疗效果差。选取我院科室收治的糖尿病性阴囊脓肿患者12例,应用MEBO联合光子创新治疗,治疗过程全程实施整体
