Endodontic treatment To obtain a clean, sterile root canal, mechanical and chemical preparation is required. Studies have shown that root canal irrigation on the root canal dentin mechanical, physical and chemical properties have an impact. The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the effect of different irrigations on the dentin microhardness of the root canal wall. MATERIALS AND METHODS Eighteen intact upper incisors with similar size and shape were selected as research objects.
