威县洺洲镇党委采取措施帮助企业建立和健全党的组织,企业党员都争相为自己企业的发展出力流汗。威县洺洲镇近几年镇办集体企业发展较快,目前已达16家,从业人员达1000多人,其中党员65名。由于这些企业的党员分别来自于不同的农村支部,进入企业后每天要投入正常的生产,因而大多无法按期过正规的组织生活。对此,洺洲镇党委非常重视,从1991年开始便着手进行建立健全企业党组织的工作。目前,已在党员相对集中的镇办集体企业建立起11个支部和18个党小组。此后,他们又积极地引导和组织企业党组织围绕企业经济效益开展技术攻关活动。洺洲镇还在企业党
