小学班主任肩负着教育小学生,引导小学生健康成长的责任。本文以小学帮助人的成就感为主要内容展开了论述,先是分析了小学班主任成就感的特点,然后详细分析了影响小学班主任成就感的因素以及应对措施。实践证明,提升小学班主任成就感对于促进小学生的成长十分重要。
Primary school teacher in charge of primary school education, to guide the healthy growth of primary school students responsibility. This paper discusses the main content of the sense of accomplishment of helping children in primary school, first analyzes the characteristics of achievement sense of primary school teacher, and then analyzes in detail the factors that affect the sense of accomplishment of primary school teacher and the countermeasures. Practice has proved that improving the sense of achievement of primary school teacher is very important for promoting the growth of primary school students.
