1989年5月～1993年2月笔者应用针刺疗法配合药物治疗带状疱疹32例,取得满意疗效,并以常规药物治疗组30例作为对照。现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:62例均为我院康复科针灸室及皮肤科患者,随机分为2组,均具有典型皮疹,疼痛明显,无并发症。1.治疗组:32例,其中男17例,女15例,年龄16～78岁,病期2～6天。皮损分布:胸背部19例,腰骶部6例,头面部3例,颈部2例,四肢2例。2.对照组:30例,其中男18例,女12例,年龄18～72岁,病期2～7天。皮疹分布;胸背部20例,腰骶部5例,头面部3例,四肢2例。
From May 1989 to February 1993, the author applied acupuncture and medicine to treat 32 cases of herpes zoster, and achieved satisfactory curative effect. The control group was given 30 cases of conventional drug treatment group. The report is as follows. Clinical data First, the general information: 62 cases were hospital rehabilitation department acupuncture and dermatology patients were randomly divided into two groups, all with a typical rash, pain was obvious, no complications. 1. Treatment group: 32 cases, including 17 males and 15 females, aged 16 to 78 years, the disease period of 2 to 6 days. Distribution of lesions: 19 cases of chest and back, lumbosacral 6 cases, head and face in 3 cases, 2 cases of neck, limbs in 2 cases. Control group: 30 cases, including 18 males and 12 females, aged 18 to 72 years old, the disease period of 2 to 7 days. Rash distribution; 20 cases of chest and back, lumbosacral 5 cases, 3 cases of head and face, limbs in 2 cases.
