本文用EDTA比色法测定高含量铜,并进行了一系列条件试验,结果表明采用酒石酸钾钠可消除铝、锑、锰等由于水解带来的影响,使方法的选择性得到提高。铜—EDTA蓝色络合物最大吸收在720~745nm,用于铜阳极泥,冰铜、铜精矿和氧化铜中铜的测定,获得了满意的结果。测定铜的含量在7.3~79.78%时相对标准偏差为0.47~0.1%并用标准样检查了方法的准确度。
In this paper, EDTA-colorimetric determination of high content of copper, and a series of conditions tested, the results show that the use of sodium potassium tartrate can eliminate aluminum, antimony, manganese and other hydrolysis due to the impact of the method to improve the selectivity. The maximum absorption of Cu-EDTA blue complex is between 720 and 745 nm, and the results are satisfactory for the determination of copper in copper anode slime, matte, copper concentrate and copper oxide. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.47 ~ 0.1% when the content of copper was 7.3 ~ 79.78%. The accuracy of the method was checked by standard test.
