现在教育学认为,数学教育活动必须建立在学生的现有知识水平及以有的知识经验基础之上。学生是学习的主体,教师是;导者,教师应激发学生的学习主动性、积极性,帮助他们在自主探索和合作交流的过程中理解和掌握基本的数学知识与技能、数学思想和方法。高中学生在生理发展和心理特征上的差异是客观存在的;对数学的兴趣和爱好,对数学知识的接受能力的差异也是客观存在的,继续在教学中采用“一刀切”的教学方法,已根本不符合素质教育的要求。教学是实施素质教育的有效手段,我们要面向全体学生,为学生的全面发展创造条件,因而必须探究行之有效的教学方法,才能承担起时代赋予我们教师的神圣使命。
