全国九届二次政协会议刚刚落下帷幕,记者在燕翔饭店采访了山西省儿童医院院长、九届政协董秦军委员。他认为国家对一些大的医疗设备先进、医务素质高的国家级、省级、市级大医院以及一些方便、快捷、服务周到的初级卫生保健机构予以大力扶持。对于那些设备、治疗水平不及大医院,服务、快捷又跟不上人民群众需求的“吃不饱、饿不死”的中等医院,应推向市场,实行“关、停、并、转、迁”。
