以人为本,是科学发展观的核心内容。以人为本视角下的小学教育管理模式,具体是指以学生为主体来开展教学工作,同时也要尊重教师的主导性教学地位。教育的目的是要使学生可以得到综合素质的提高,这同时需要教师不断积极探索新的教学方法。而学习也应该转变教学理念,将教学整个工作更多地转向为教师和学生提供优质的教学和服务上。发挥学生学习的主观能动性,集中体现以人文本的教学理念和思想。本文主要是针对当前小学教育管理模式的一些问题,做了一些针对性的探讨。
People-oriented, is the core content of the scientific concept of development. The primary education management mode from the perspective of people-oriented refers specifically to carrying out teaching work with students as the main body, meanwhile, we must respect the dominant teaching position of teachers. The purpose of education is to enable students to get the overall quality improvement, which also requires teachers to actively explore new teaching methods. The study should also change the teaching philosophy, the teaching of the work more turned to teachers and students to provide quality teaching and service. Give play to the subjective initiative of students’ learning, and embody the teaching concept and thought of humanity. This article mainly aims at some problems of current primary education management mode, and makes some pertinence discussions.
