为探讨鸦胆子油静脉乳剂(简称鸦油乳)抑制肾细胞癌的作用机制,将鸦油乳加入体外培养的人肾颗粒细胞癌细胞系GRC-1细胞和裸鼠移植性人肾透明细胞癌RLC-310细胞,通过光镜和电镜观察其抑制肾癌细胞的抑制作用。结果发现鸦油乳对GRC-1及RLC-310细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用,可直接破坏肾癌细胞的细胞膜、线粒体膜、内质网膜及核膜等隐性系统,使肾癌细胞变性并坏死;应用流式细胞仪分析药物作用前后肾癌细胞的细胞周期变化,结果发现鸦油乳可阻止GRC-1及RLC-310细胞由G0/G1期向S期进展,抑制DNA合成,并使DNA指数下降。认为鸦油乳不仅能抑制DNA合成,而且能降低肾细胞癌的恶性度,改善预后,延长患者生命,为鸦油乳应用于临床治疗肾癌提供了实验依据。

Flow Cytometry (FCM) was used to analyze the cell cycle changes of renal cancer cells before and after drug treatment. The results showed that RAL-9 could prevent GRC-1 and RLC-310 cells from progressing from G0 / G1 phase to S phase and inhibiting DNA synthesis, And DNA index decreased. That rash not only inhibits DNA synthesis, but also reduce the malignancy of renal cell carcinoma, improve prognosis, prolong the life of patients, for the application of rash milk in the clinical treatment of renal cell carcinoma provides an experimental basis.
