通过对头孢氨苄等颗粒剂干挤法制粒工艺的研究,发现粉末孔隙率和润滑剂是影响颗粒成形率的主要因素。当加入1.5‰润滑剂和保持粉末70%孔隙率,可以得到85%的成形率。
Through the study on the dry extrusion granulation process of cephalexin and other granules, it was found that the powder porosity and lubricant are the main factors affecting the rate of particle formation. When 1.5% o lubricant is added and 70% porosity of the powder is maintained, 85% formability can be achieved.
