胰腺癌临床表现常不典型,不易早期诊断.我院经手术探查确诊为原发性胰腺癌者共101例,其中病检直接证实者37例;邻近淋巴结转移或腹水中找到癌细胞,除胰腺外,未发现其它器官癌变,间接证实者35例;单凭手术探查确诊者29例。现结合我院临床资料,就胰腺癌的诊断问题,分析讨论如下.临床分析一、一般资料男70例,女31
The clinical manifestations of pancreatic cancer are often not typical, and it is difficult to diagnose early. There are 101 cases of primary pancreatic cancer diagnosed by surgical exploration in our hospital. Among them, 37 cases were directly confirmed by pathological examination; adjacent lymph node metastasis or cancer cells in ascites were found except pancreas. In addition, no other organs were found to be cancerous, 35 were indirectly confirmed, and 29 were confirmed by surgical exploration alone.
