谈到企业共青团工作,主要任务有两项:一要在企业特别是企业的青年员工中传播党和团的重要思想主张;二是要找准共青团组织根本属性、根本任务与企业根本功能相融合的工作切入点,服务企业的生产经营,服务青年成长成才。具体来讲,可以把握好6个方面的结合点。1.辅助企业人力资源开发;2.辅助企业增强内在凝聚力;3.帮助青年员工理解和支持企业发展所必需的思想意识;4.辅助企业形成有效的约束机制和决策执行机制;5.积极为企业员工提供非正式的交流渠道和机制;6.通过选拔使用专兼职团干部为企业培养复合型
