本文总结我院1993年1月～1997年3月作食管癌切除和食管胃吻合后胸腔胃并发胃底穿孔5例、就其诊断、处理和预防的特点作一报道.

This article summarized our hospital from January 1993 to March 1997 for esophageal cancer resection and esophageal gastric anastomosis after chest cavity stomach gastric fundus perforation in 5 cases, its diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the characteristics of a report.
