在西部油气管道途经之地,山脉、高原、平原、丘陵、河谷,自然景观一应俱全;湛蓝的天空下,浩瀚、苍凉、雄浑。起伏连绵的沙丘上,生长着一种顽强、坚韧的灌木,它耐旱、抗风沙,极具生命力,它就是沙棘。地处西部的长庆输油气分公司,管辖着5条输油管道和1条输水管道,总长达1183公里,管道途经3省29县区,是中国石油管道公司最西部的一个基层单位,承担着长庆油气田能源外输任务。
