本文根据技工学校学生的特点与教学大纲的要求,对“金属材料与热处理”课程学习中存在的问题,提出了以各种典型零件对其加工工艺性能的要求,首先使学生弄清:成份(牌号)—用途之间的关系(选材)进而能理性的分析:成份—组织—性能—用途之间的关系。
According to the characteristics of the technical school students and the requirements of the syllabus, this paper puts forward the requirements of various typical parts for the processing technology of the “Metal Materials and Heat Treatment” course. First, make the students understand: Ingredient (brand) - the relationship between the use (selection) and then a rational analysis: the composition - the organization - the relationship between performance - use.
