7月29日,山东省政府在威海召开了全省海洋综合管理工作会议,会议深入研究了加强海洋综合管理,促进全省海洋经济战略实施等重大问题,并明确了当前及今后一个时期全省海洋综合管理工作的指导思想、目标任务和工作重点。省委副书记、省长姜大明向会议发来贺信,副省长贾万志全面分析并部署了海洋综合管理工作,国家海洋局张宏声副局长到会并作重要讲话,省海洋与渔业厅侯英民厅长汇报了全省海洋综合管理工作的基本情况及面临的新问题、新挑战和下步工作重点。
