目的探讨杀蟑胶饵相关质量指标及其评价方法。方法参照GB/T 13917.7-2009,对毒饵的24 h摄食量进行观察,并记录毒饵暴露24 h,30、60、90 d后的失水率,对杀蟑胶饵的适口性、保湿性、点施难易度、粘附性、成形性、暴露后形态、色泽和防腐性八项质量评价指标进行观察和评判。结果 7种杀蟑胶饵的48 h死亡率均为100%,达到国标A级评判标准,产品附着力强,成形性佳,点施后形态普遍较好,但不同杀蟑胶饵的失水率和取食量有很大差异,部分产品存在析液现象。结论 7种杀蟑胶饵均可有效杀灭德国小蠊,产品质量总体优良,八项质量指标可为杀蟑胶饵产品质量评价提供参考依据,农药生产企业可据此提高产品质量,提升产品市场竞争力。
Objective To explore the related quality indexes and evaluation methods of kill-kill gel bait. Methods According to GB / T 13917.7-2009, the 24 h food intake of bait was observed, and the water loss rate of bait exposed for 24 h, 30, 60 and 90 d was recorded. The palatability, moisture retention, Point of application difficulty, adhesion, formability, post-exposure morphology, color and corrosion resistance of eight quality evaluation indicators were observed and judged. Results The mortality of 7 kinds of kill baits was 100% at 48 h, reaching Grade A standard of national standard. The products had strong adhesion and good formability. After the application, the morphology of baits was generally better. However, Rate and feeding are very different, some products exist liquid phenomenon. Conclusion The 7 kinds of Killing baits can kill Blattella germanica effectively, and the quality of the products is generally good. The eight quality indexes can provide reference for the evaluation of the quality of kill baits. The pesticide manufacturers can improve the product quality and improve the product quality Market Competitiveness.
