为研究微波烧结均匀场条件（ＭＳＨＦ条件），提出个电常数随温度变化时微波烧结温度场的分区均匀填充轴对称摄动模型，讨论了影响Ａｌ_２Ｏ_３陶瓷的ＭＳＨＦ条件的因素。
In order to study the uniform microwave sintering conditions (MSHF conditions), an axisymmetric perturbation model was proposed to uniformly fill the temperature field of the microwave sintering temperature field. The factors affecting the MSHF conditions were discussed.
