自古以来,大阪市因水路发达,与濑户内海各地及九州等地的交易十分兴盛,并不断地引进新的技术和文化,故而被称作“水之都”。然而在水路如此发达的大阪市,2012年12月,在大阪市北区发生了船舶爆炸火灾。1火灾概要本次火灾中受灾的船舶停靠在市内大川右岸,早上船员登上船刚要开始工作,突然位于船头的船室内发生了爆炸,危害到周边很广的范围。具体情况如下:(1)着火时间:2012年12月某日7点左右。(2)着火地点:大阪市北区船舶停靠地。

However, in Osaka, where the waterway is so developed, a ship explosion fire broke out in December 2012 in the north area of Osaka. 1 Summary of fire The ships affected in the fire stopped at the right bank of the city’s Okawa in the morning and the crew was about to start work in the morning. Suddenly, an explosion occurred in the ship’s cabin, jeopardizing a wide range of surrounding areas. Specific circumstances are as follows: (1) Fire time: December 2012 some day 7 o’clock. (2) Location of fire: Ships docked in the north area of Osaka City.
