根据循环流化床锅炉循环回路各段的运行特点和流体动力特性,结合循环回路压力平衡特性,建立了适用于宽筛分床料粒径分布的循环回路的整体过程动态模型。结合数值计算方法,对所建立的循环流化床锅炉燃烧循环回路的整体过程动态模型进行了求解,获得了当锅炉给料量、风量等控制因素变化时,循化流化床锅炉一些主要参数随时间的动态变化过程。计算结果表明,该整体过程动态模型可较好地反映循环回路的过程动态变化行为
According to the operating characteristics and hydrodynamic characteristics of each section of the circulating fluidized bed boiler circulation loop, combined with the pressure balance characteristics of the circulating loop, a whole process dynamic model of a circulating loop suitable for wide screening of the particle size distribution was established.
