目的分析2008年军校招生心理检测情况,以探讨我国军校报考生的心理健康状况,为军队院校在今后的招生工作提供借鉴。方法使用2008年军队院校招收学员心理检测系统对340名高中毕业生进行检测。结果332名高中毕业生通过心理检测,合格率为97.6%。结论心理检测对挑选身心健康的高素质人才应征入伍起到积极的作用,对提高学员素质,增强部队战斗力,具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the psychological examination of enrollment of military academies in 2008 so as to probe into the mental health of candidates of military academies in our country and provide references for military academies in the future enrollment. Methods A total of 340 high school graduates were tested using the Psychological Testing System for Recruiting Students in Military Academies in 2008. Results 332 high school graduates passed the psychological test, with a pass rate of 97.6%. Conclusion Psychological testing plays a positive role in recruiting talented people who are physically and mentally fit for recruitment. It is of great significance to improving the quality of the students and enhancing the combat effectiveness of the troops.
