为了推动我国社会保险工作的发展,档案信息化成为当前的主要趋势。为了完善社会保险体系对人民群众的服务,促进社会建设的和谐,保证社保工作的正常运行成为我们的责任。对档案信息进行管理、服务,从而提高档案在利用中的效率,也是社会保险事业发展的重要基础。所以本文从社保档案在信息资源的利用上发生的问题以及当前档案信息开发的现状进行分析,找出社保信息资源的合理利用的方法。
In order to promote the development of social insurance in our country, file informationization has become the main trend at present. In order to improve the social insurance system to serve the people and promote social harmony, it is our responsibility to ensure the normal operation of social security work. It is also an important foundation for the development of social insurance to manage and serve archives information and improve the efficiency of archives utilization. Therefore, this article analyzes the problems that occur in the utilization of information resources by the social security files and the current situation of the development of archives information, and finds out the reasonable utilization of social security information resources.
