目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定鲜蛋中铅、铬、镉、镍、铜、砷的方法。方法样品经微波消解后引入电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS),以铑、铟、钪、铼这4种元素做内标进行校正,标准曲线法定量。结果以取样0.3 g、定容10.0 ml计算,几种元素的方法检出限(LOD)为0.6 mg/kg~27 mg/kg;曲线线性范围为0μg/L~200μg/L,在线性范围内的标准曲线的线性相关系数>0.999 0;对标准物质GBW 10011小麦粉进行6次测定,几种元素检测结果的相对标准偏差<10%,且测定结果均在标准证书允许范围之内;样品的加标回收率为80.7%~120.2%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可满足食品中多元素同时检测的要求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of lead, chromium, cadmium, nickel, copper and arsenic in fresh eggs by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods Samples were digested with microwave and introduced into inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The four kinds of elements, rhodium, indium, scandium and rhenium, were used as internal standard for calibration. The standard curve method was used for quantification. The results showed that the limit of detection (LOD) of several elements was 0.6 mg / kg ~ 27 mg / kg when the sample volume was 0.3 g and the volume was 10.0 ml. The linear range of the curve was 0μg / L ~ 200μg / L, The linear correlation coefficient of standard curve> 0.999 0; The standard substance GBW 10011 wheat flour was measured 6 times, the relative standard deviation of several element test results was less than 10%, and the test results were within the scope of the standard certificate; The standard recovery was 80.7% ~ 120.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can meet the requirements of simultaneous detection of multiple elements in food.
