近年来,随着国民经济调整和经济体制改革的深入进行,我省的扩散联合在蓬勃发展。1984年,我省的扩散联合取得了重大进展,1985年扩散联合比1984年无论是在项目的数量,还是在取得的经济效益方面又有了大幅度增长。据不完全统计,1985年,全省实现产品扩散联合的项目有220余项,比1984年增加了80％;新增产值5亿元,比1984年增长了2.4倍,约占1985年全省工业总产值增加额的50％左右,实现利税9000多万元,比1984年增长了64％。目前,这股“扩散热”、“联合热”在我省方兴未艾,已成为我省经济增长的一个重要因素,充分发挥这一因素的作用,对于实现我省的经济振兴,有着重要的意义。
